The difference? Bobby Jindal looks like Alfred E Neuman after sleeping in a tanning bed for too long.
The first time I saw Bobby "What, me worry?" Jindal I thought the exact same thing. It's like a cross between Alfred E Neuman crossed with the tanning mom.
